Meditation on Health and Healing
The topics of our next session are ‘Special breathing meditation’ and ‘Contemplating the Kindness of Others’. Meditation instructions will be given by Dr Pallavi Banerjee; a question-and-answer round will follow with the Mental Health team of Atish Dipankar Dhyan Kendra.
This Guided Meditation Series on Health and Healing is held on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month.

Life is Too Short, Meditate Well
In this Modular Course on Meditation, Dr Anindya Chatterjee will teach both theory and guide meditations. The course is for all — beginners to experienced practitioners. Dr Chatterjee, a psychiatrist, has trained with some of the most accomplished Buddhist meditation masters of our time. He teaches Buddhist psychology, philosophy and meditation at Atish Dipankar Dhyan Kendra.
This meditation course will be held in three modules. The first module — ‘Mastering the Most Important Skills in Meditation’ — starts on June 19.
The sessions will be held on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month.
This Modular Course on Meditation is for registered participants only; it is free for members of Atish Dipankar Dhyan Kendra. Non-members can register for a fee.
