Life is Too Short, Meditate Well

Meditation is a science and anybody can meditate. With guidance and regular practice, one can also learn to meditate well. Buddha’s methods show a step-by-step process of learning, practising and enjoying the benefits of a regular practice – better health, mental peace, resilience to go through life, experience healthy emotions, as well as wisdom and compassion to help others.

In this Modular Course on Meditation, Dr Anindya Chatterjee will teach both theory and guide meditations. The course is for all — beginners to experienced practitioners. Dr Chatterjee, a psychiatrist, has trained with some of the most accomplished Buddhist meditation masters of our time. He teaches Buddhist psychology, philosophy and meditation at Atish Dipankar Dhyan Kendra.

The sessions will be held on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month.

This Modular Course on Meditation is for registered participants only; it is free for members of Atish Dipankar Dhyan Kendra. Non-members can register for a fee.
